Service Description

With Sports Massage, we apply a medium to strong massage that uses pressure and shorter strokes to target specific muscles that have become tight from athletic activity. Some of our customers are professional athletes but the majority are people that have routine workouts at the gym or hiking and biking and daily joggers. We focus our treatment on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements based on our clients’ individual needs.
